Training
To determine how or who will train your independent contractors and employees:
- Will you offer in-house training and if so, how often and what kind?
- Will you schedule regular office meetings?
- Will you offer a reimbursement program for agents’ training?
- Have you included information about training expectations in your office policy manual?
- How will you communicate with your agents — print, digital, intranet and how often?
