The Mary Lee Greason Award is bestowed upon a past or current Arizona REALTOR® Professional Standards Committee member who exhibits a passion for professional standards through exceptional service, commitment, preparation, and leadership. Specific factors to be considered include length of service, roles in leadership positions, diversity of roles within the Professional Standards Committee, and contributions made.

This year’s recipient was Larry Hibler. Tragically, Larry passed away in December 2020 and the honor was therefore awarded posthumously and presented to Larry’s wife Jan as a reminder of how much Larry meant to us. Larry was not only an incredible instructor, but he was also one of the most knowledgeable and professional REALTORS® you will ever find. He was instrumental to the success of our Professional Standards programs and elevated everyone with his passion for the Code of Ethics and desire to ensure that participants received a fair hearing and felt comfortable with the process. He had a gift for putting people at ease. Larry is a very worthy recipient of this award and is tremendously missed.
