Arizona REALTORS® has been notified of an individual who attempted to rob a home in Paradise Valley during an open house.  The individual, claimed to be a potential buyer looking for a retirement home for his parents.  The individual is a male, possibly between the ages of 40 to 47 years old. He is 6 foot to 6’2” tall, lean but not fit, with short dark hair.  He also has a tattoo on his left ring finger and more tattoos above his elbow but not sure which arm.  During the attempted robbery, the individual was wearing dark jeans, green polo shirt, Aldo sunglasses, gold chain necklace, Diesel black and gold shoes, and a man’s black shoulder bag.  The Police have been notified and REALTORS® in the area are encouraged to exercise caution and have a colleague, friend, or family member accompany them to open houses.
