2020 Mary Lee Greason Award Recipient – Marge Lindsay
The Mary Lee Greason Award is to be bestowed upon a past or current Arizona REALTOR® Professional Standards Committee member who exhibits a passion for professional standards through exceptional service, commitment, preparation, and leadership. Specific factors to be considered include length of service, roles in leadership positions, diversity of roles within the Professional Standards Committee, and contributions made.
We received a number of nominations for this award, but there was one candidate that stood out and was therefore selected by the 2019 Chairs of both the Professional Standards Committee and the Risk Management Committee.
The 2020 Mary Lee Greason Excellence in Professional Standards Award is Marge Lindsay.
When I first heard the description of the “Mary Lee Greeson award” Marge Lindsay immediately came to mind! Knowing Mary Lee throughout her career as a top-notch instructor and one of the most knowledgeable and professional REALTORS® I have ever met; Marge is a very close second! She has been involved in the State, local and National arena at almost every level. Always very professional, kind, a fountain of knowledge and able to teach what she knows to other REALTORS® in order to raise the bar in our industry without an ulterior motive. I think she is the most deserving REALTOR® in our state and want to thank her for her service to our industry!

Marge Lindsay has been instrumental in the development and maintenance of the Association’s Statewide Professional Standards Program. She has such an easy and comfortable demeanor in her role as a Hearing Panel Chair. The people seated in her hearing room are affected by her confidence, fairness, and understanding of the process. The same can be said when she takes on the role of Mediator. For me personally, she has been helpful from day one. Thank you for all that you do!
