Pursuant to Arizona Department of Real Estate in Substantive Policy Statement number 2022.03, an unlicensed assistant may unlock a home for a licensee so that the licensee can show a client the property or preview the property. However, the unlicensed assistant may not have any discussions pertaining to the property.
