Social Media and Arizona REALTORS®

There is little doubt that social media has become an integral part of our daily lives.
In less than twenty years, we’ve witnessed social media evolve from personal myspace and facebook pages into a billion-dollar industry where tech companies sell businesses the ability to communicate the value of a product or service to targeted audiences worldwide. The real estate industry is no exception.
In this month’s Member Survey, we asked Arizona REALTORS® which social media platform they use most often in their business. While it might not be surprising that facebook captures more than half of digital “advertising,” the growth of other platforms like Instagram, Linkedin and Nextdoor offer REALTORS® additional opportunities to connect with clients.
We’ve posted the results and a sample of the comments below, plus a few tips, tricks and reminders on building out your social media presence.
