2019 REALTOR® of the Year
NAR annually recognizes a REALTOR® from each state for their passion, commitment and professionalism displayed throughout the year.
This year, Arizona REALTORS® President D. Patrick Lewis was selected as Arizona’s 2019 REALTOR of the Year.
Patrick has spent countless hours in 2019 meeting face to face with members throughout Arizona to remind them of what their state association does for them and to find out what more should be done.

Patrick has been a Realtor® and Associate Broker for over 16 years. Born and raised in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area he has served at many levels of local and national leadership in a variety of roles from Chair of state and local committees to participating in strategic planning of the local MLS and associations. Patrick graduated from the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® Leadership Class 11, Arizona REALTORS® Leadership Training Academy and was one of the inaugural graduates from the City of Scottsdale Fire Departments Citizen’s Fire Academy.
While he is also an instructor, trainer and mentor for agents and leaders, his most important job is that of husband and father. He has been married to his wife, Stephanie, for over 10 years. They live in South Scottsdale with their two wonderful sons, Nathan and Andrew; and their two dogs.
Patrick is not only the brilliant state leader we are proud to follow, he is also the amazing Dad who doesn’t miss soccer games, he is also the successful business man who works late to get make sure his client’s offer doesn’t get countered and – best of all for those of us here – he is also the friend whose wit and compassion stand by ready to help anyone asking for it. He finishes his year as President leaving our Association better for his leadership.
