The broker’s Policy and Procedures Manual should address resolution of disputes between agents licensed with the brokerage .

Note: Many brokers want to have sole discretion to resolve internal disputes between agents. If that is the case, the broker should review his/her Policy and Procedures Manual to ensure that it conveys such authority.
