To determine how to reduce risk to your company:

• Review all agents’ social media websites
• Set up social media alerts on your agents
• Review your Office Policy manual annually
• Provide ongoing agent training on Office Policy
• Be familiar with Supervision requirements from the Arizona Dept. of Real Estate
• Delegate who will handle issues if you are on vacation, sick, etc.
• Establish a safety protocol and review it quarterly with agents
