This class will include a thorough discussion of breach of contract and the use of the Cure Period Notice. We'll also discuss other misconceptions and concerns agents deal with when using the Buyer's Inspection Notice and Seller's Response (BINSR), the Seller's Property Disclosure Statement (SPDS), and the Buyer Broker Exclusive Employment Agreement.
