The Arizona REALTORS® is blessed with members willing to volunteer their time, knowledge and experience to help carry out its mission.  This year is no different.  Initially the Buyer Broker Exclusive Employment Agreement (BBEEA) workgroup was formed just to review the BBEEA but its task soon ballooned after the National Association of REALTORS® announced its settlement in the Sitzer-Burnett lawsuit.  Over the past few months, the BBEEA workgroup took on the herculean responsibility to ensure forms comply with the new practice changes mandated by the settlement.  This required expertise and imagination to envision what forms would need to be created or revised for membership to thrive after implementation of the practice changes.

The BBEEA workgroup is chaired by the legend, Jim Sexton, whose dedication and intellect (and humor) were invaluable in accomplishing the task.  The other members of the BBEEA workgroup are Teresa Acuna, Martha Appel, Laurie Beischel, Paul Bruce, Wednesday Enriquez, Cathy Erchull, Duane Fouts, Kyle Fouts, Serena Jones, Wendy Shaw, and Mary Ann Shryack.
