My passion for real estate and this industry is very much who I am. I’m committed to serving my fellow REALTORS^® and ensuring their voices are continuing to be heard at all levels of our associations, National, State and Local.

I want to continue moving our association forward and raising the bar by supporting our members, industry, communities, and consumers.

M. Teresa Rubio-Acuña – Region 2 Vice President

M. Teresa has been a REALTOR^® for more than 17 years, specializing in residential property, and is a full-time REALTOR^® with Full House Realty of Arizona.

M. Teresa has been an active voice in the REALTOR^® community since 2004. At the state level, she has served as a Director for the Arizona Association Of REALTORS^® since 2009 and currently sits on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

At the national level, she serves as a Director with the National Association of REALTORS^® and is on the Leading Edge Advisory Board. 

At the local level, M. Teresa served as the 2019 President of WeMAR and was on the merging team, which created the now WeSERV. She was awarded the honor of WeMAR’s REALTOR^® of the Year in 2015 and served four years on WeMAR C.A.R.E.S committee before joining as a director on the board in 2009. Also active, with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at WeSERV. She has received her GRI, AHWD as well as C2EX designations.

M. Teresa is a life learner, strategic thinker, leadership developer, and entrepreneur. In real life that means she’s a wife, volunteer, friend, and REALTOR^®.

Louis McCall – Region 4 Vice President

Louis A. McCall II is an experienced REALTOR^® who relocated from Atlanta to Scottsdale, Arizona to continue his successful real estate career. Louis offers his clients a solid reputation while establishing trust and providing valued services in the purchase, sales, and construction of properties in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley, Arizona.

An award-winning promotions manager in the record industry at a young age, Louis exhibited an in-depth understanding and unique skill in client service and marketing. After 7 years in the entertainment field, Louis decided to pursue real estate. He began his new career selling custom homes at a prestigious subdivision in the Atlanta suburbs.

Louis also has experience in the residential sector of a “green”, mixed-use development, overseeing sales of mid-rise luxury condominiums in the Buckhead district of Atlanta.

Experienced in providing a turnkey solution for clients interested in purchasing their next home, Louis distinguishes himself as a capable and personable REALTOR^® who inspires confidence based on his diligent approach. He is now a Certified Negotiation Expert.

As an active leader in the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, Louis sat on various committees and is a graduate of the Scottsdale Leadership Academy XVI. Louis currently acts as sitting board director for the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS^® as well as the Arizona Association of REALTORS^®.

In his rare spare time, Louis enjoys cooking, music, photography, graphic arts, and kickboxing. Charity is also a large part of Louis’s life as he is a member of the Phoenix Suns Charities 88, the largest family services charity in the Valley. As an avid traveler, Louis also loves visiting museums and historical monuments.
